Ms. Tracy serves as Of Counsel to the firm and focuses her practice on the areas of corporate and business law, banking law, real estate law and trademark law. Prior to joining Mirzaian Hardestry, Ms. Tracy practiced primarily corporate and real estate law with the firm of Dillon, Bitar & Luther, where her clients ranged from national public companies to local family-run businesses. She advises her corporate clients on a broad range of matters including corporate organization, employment matters, trademarks, mergers and acquisitions, employment, financing, real estate and personal property leasing, and tax appeals. Ms. Tracy also assists her clients on a variety of real estate matters, including both commercial and residential real estate and other collateral issues. Before entering private practice, Ms. Tracy served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Edwin H. Stern, Presiding Judge for Administration for the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Tracy is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and teaches appellate advocacy.
